In 2017, there are exactly 40 days from Thanksgiving Day to New Years Day. And with the elimination of the eighth floor display at Macy’s in downtown Minneapolis and Holiday Lights in the Park in Saint Paul, along with the disappointing change from tradition at Holidazzle, more people than ever are looking for new holiday activities. - It’s the last weekend to catch the nationally-touring production of “The Phantom of the Opera.” It’s on stage at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis through December 31.
- Boyz II Men perform a 16+ show tonight at Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Welch. The concert starts at 8:00 p.m.
- Can Can Wonderland in Saint Paul is hosting a Retro Game Show Night, featuring live versions of Let’s Make a Deal, Match Game, Family Feud and The Price is Right. It starts at 9:00 p.m. Additional Retro Game Show Nights take place December 1 and 15.
