Pizza Barn originally opened in Princeton, Minnesota in 1983 (Princeton is about 50 minutes north of Downtown Minneapolis). Back then, Pizza Barn was the only pizzeria in town. Today, they have some competition. Pizza Barn is currently one of six pizza shops in Princeton, which has less than 5,000 residents. But this Cheese Curd Pizza definitely sets them apart.
The cheese curds Pizza Barn uses come from a farm in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. They add more cheese (because why not), and once it comes out of the oven, it becomes a greasy, delicious slice of heaven.
Pizza Barn offers their Cheese Curd Pizza in 10″ and 14″ regular and deep dish options. They also sell take-and-bake pizzas so you can stock up for later.
Pizza Barn is open 11:00 – 9:00 Monday – Thursday, 11:00 – 10:00 Friday – Saturday, and 4:00 – 9:00 Sunday.
