Looking for another way to pass the time? Take a free online class geared towards adults

Millions of people around the world have been asked to stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. After you clean your house, scan old family photos, and binge a show on Netflix, social media isn’t the only answer. Instead, educate yourself. Here’s a growing list of free online classes and seminars adults can take.

There are plenty of educational resources for K-12 students, too. I have those listed here.

The Minnesota restaurant where you can get Cheese Curd Pizza

It’s time to drop everything and drive to the Pizza Barn. Their Cheese Curd Pizza with a ranch dressing sauce needs to be your next meal.

Pizza Barn originally opened in Princeton, Minnesota in 1983 (Princeton is about 50 minutes north of Downtown Minneapolis). Back then, Pizza Barn was the only pizzeria in town. Today, they have some competition. Pizza Barn is currently one of six pizza shops in Princeton, which has less than 5,000 residents. But this Cheese Curd Pizza definitely sets them apart.

Cheese curds, more cheese and a ranch dressing sauce. Yes please.

The cheese curds Pizza Barn uses come from a farm in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. They add more cheese (because why not), and once it comes out of the oven, it becomes a greasy, delicious slice of heaven.

Pizza Barn offers their Cheese Curd Pizza in 10″ and 14″ regular and deep dish options. They also sell take-and-bake pizzas so you can stock up for later.

Pizza Barn is open 11:00 – 9:00 Monday – Thursday, 11:00 – 10:00 Friday – Saturday, and 4:00 – 9:00 Sunday.
