Comedy Clubs in Minnesota: Stand-Up and Improv

Updated September 2026

These Twin Cities venues offer different kinds of nights out, from stand-up in Minneapolis and Bloomington to improv in Chanhassen and sketch comedy downtown. Check each venue’s calendar before you go: performers, show nights, ticket prices and age rules can change.

I originally featured several of these spots on KSTP-TV’s Twin Cities Live. This guide has been refreshed to help you find venues currently presenting comedy. Note: HUGE Improv has closed.
