And with the elimination of the eighth floor display at Macy’s in downtown Minneapolis and Holiday Lights in the Park in Saint Paul, along with the disappointing change from tradition at Holidazzle, more people than ever are looking for new holiday activities. Performed at The Saint Paul Hotel overlooking Rice Park, “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” presents a take on the 1946 classic film. In addition to the show, evening performances are accompanied by a three-course meal; weekday shows come with a three-course lunch. Tickets are going quickly, but there are still seats available for tonight’s 7:00 p.m. seating. “It’s A Wonderful Life” Radio Play runs through December 24. The show, now in its 12th season, runs two-and-a-half hours.
